Tywi River, Carmarthen, Wales, UK. Monday 16 July 2018. After weeks of hot, dry weather in west Wales, a brief downpour did little to boost water levels, and at low tide on the Tywi River the base of the old wooden railway bridge at Carmarthen, normally always submerged, is now exposed.
